This one-day course is designed to assist those in the food industry involved in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP: a systematic preventative approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection.
It uses a practical tailored approach to the management of food safety in your business and aims to create a better understanding of HACCP in the Workplace.
